You retain all rights to your photographs. By uploading them, you grant JudgeMyJPEG a limited licence to analyse them and provide the service. This licence ends when your images are deleted.
5.4 Generated analyses
The textual analyses generated by our AI belong to you. You are free to use, share or modify them. However, the underlying technology and algorithms remain our exclusive property.
6. Applicable Law
The JudgeMyJPEG website is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to use of the site will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
