Terms of Service

JudgeMyJPEG is an AI-powered automatic photo analysis service. It allows users to receive technical and artistic evaluations of their images.

The service is accessible at judgemyjpeg.com and offers two analysis modes:

• Professional Mode: constructive and encouraging analysis
• Roast Mode: humorous and sarcastic (but constructive) analysis

By using JudgeMyJPEG, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3.1 Access conditions

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• A user account is required to access features
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials

3.2 Permitted use

The service is intended for legitimate personal and/or professional use:

• Analysis of photos of which you are the author or hold the rights — uploading photos belonging to others without authorization is prohibited and may result in account suspension
• Improving your photography skills
• Educational and professional use

⚠️ WARNING: Violation of these restrictions results in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

🚫 Strictly prohibited content

• Nudity and sexual content: Partial or full nudity, erotic content, pornography
• Violence and gore: Scenes of violence, torture, graphic injuries, corpses, suicide
• Illegal content: Drugs, weapons, criminal activities, counterfeiting, fraud
• Harassment and hate: Racist, discriminatory content, incitement to violence, harassment
• Minors at risk: Any compromising images of minors
• Privacy: Photos taken without consent, illegal surveillance
• Intellectual property: Images protected by copyright without authorization

🔧 Technical restrictions

• Reverse engineering the AI
• Attempting to bypass limitations (rate limiting, quotas)
• Mass automation or scraping
• Intentional server overload
• Using proxies to multiply free accounts

⚖️ Automatic detection

Our system uses the OpenAI Moderation API and detection algorithms to automatically identify prohibited content. Violations are recorded and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension (1st warning: 24h, 2nd: 7 days, 3rd: permanent)
• Reporting to competent authorities (illegal content)
• Log retention for legal purposes (in accordance with French law)

6.1 Payment terms

• Secure payments via Stripe
• Monthly billing for the Premium plan
• One-time payment for the Lifetime plan
• VAT not applicable — CodeCraft Plus benefits from the VAT exemption scheme (French art. 293 B CGI)

6.2 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, go to Settings → Subscription → Exercise my right of withdrawal, or contact us at [email protected] with your name, email, and subscription date.

• Full refund processed within 14 days of the request
• Lifetime plan: 14-day withdrawal right from purchase date
• Monthly subscription cancellation: possible at any time, access until end of period, no pro-rata refund (outside withdrawal period)

7.1 Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We only use your images to provide the analysis service and improve our algorithms.

• Images are stored securely and encrypted
• Automatic deletion after 30 days of inactivity
• No sharing with third parties without your explicit consent
• Right to erasure guaranteed (GDPR)

7.2 AI-generated analyses

The analyses generated by our AI belong to you and may be:

• Saved to your account
• Exported in JSON or PDF format
• Shared publicly (with your authorization)
• Used for commercial purposes (for paid plans)

7.3 Our technology

JudgeMyJPEG technology, including our AI algorithms, source code, models and infrastructure, remains our exclusive intellectual property.

JudgeMyJPEG is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

• Analyses are AI-generated and may contain errors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of evaluations
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analyses
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We do not guarantee 100% service availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive use of the service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

You may delete your account at any time from the settings.

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or through the service interface.

Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the use of the service will be submitted to the competent courts of La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée), France.
